Decmil Investments are committed to ensuring every aspect of HomeGround Gladstone will be responsibly managed, from construction through to completion, to leave a positive legacy for the Calliope community.

During construction and operation, we will generate real economic benefits for local communities, attracting trades and construction workers and encouraging spending on local goods and services. This injection into the economy will be sustained through the continued growth of the mining, energy and resources sectors and the workforce that drives these industries in the region.

Our HomeGround Gladstone team are committed to working collaboratively with Gladstone Regional Council and the local community to deliver social infrastructure improvements and local participation initiatives, such as the Gladstone Central Business District (CBD) Community Safety Project.

In addition to social and economic benefits, HomeGround Gladstone is aware of our environmental footprint. We have installed AAA rated water saving fittings in our accommodation village and we have made extensive use of green space in our design to minimise disruption to the local landscape.
